In our legal and administrative office a Control Room is set up to monitor all the plants that are checked 7 days a week for the entire duration of operation. All alarms are managed and sorted to the appropriate operational center.
The introduction of software and hardware in collaboration with a market-leading partner allows to significantly limit potential problems and to manage new releases in a structured manner.
Centralized management system utilization makes possible to manage information flow at 360°: the real-time / stand-alone system has wide compatibility with inverters, string controllers and counters of different brands and models, KNX support.
Monitoring system main features:
Plus of monitoring software:
Visualization of real-time data
Plant performance analysis
Displaying economic trends
Plant efficiency management
Remote control I/O
Comparison between expected and real performances
Complete setup via web browser
Preparation for CEI 0-21 / CEI 0-16 support
The introduction of a market-leading management system allows better supervision of all business activities and processes and provides timely reporting on the actions carried out.
Main features
The continuous monitoring of the performances and the in-depth knowledge of each single system are the principles that inspire our Control Room to a proactive and preventive approach to the O&M service. Specialized technicians constantly monitor the plants 365 days a year in order to anticipate the malfunctions and manage the actions of the fieldworkes, recording every activity from taking charge to its resolution.
Remote monitoring:
Constant monitoring of internet connectivity between the data logger and the data center;
Control of communication between the data logger and the devices;
Checking the proper functioning of all monitored devices.
Each technician is responsible for his own dedicated portfolio of systems for which he manages the monitoring on the basis of both procedures that include multi-day active controls, on all the main components (Inverter, String Box, Counters), both of passive system based on the reception of automatic alarms. In this way each plant is managed in a Key Account logic as the sole point of reference for the customer along the entire service chain.
All the interventions are managed by the fieldworkers through a dedicated system in order to carry out any intervention according to the agreed protocols and to monitor the activities carried out in Real-Time.
Finally, all the activities carried out are tracked through the ticketing system and summarized in a Performance Report created and commented on by a qualified technician who has deep knowledge of the specific plant and who can therefore assist the customer with punctuality and competence.
All plants data are automatically stored in our servers and in a dedicated server farm.
The control room is equipped with UPS units that guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Every routine and extraordinary maintenance is managed through a ticketing system that allows a continuous dialogue between the portfolio account and the client. Through the system is generated a ticket for each failure that allows you to track the event in Real-Time until its resolution through a comparison with the customer in order to share the intervention strategy. The system also allows to track on servers of each event and its documentation generated during the life of the system.
To maximize the quality and effectiveness of its services and following internal technical and operational requirements, we have developed our own proprietary management platform for monitoring and operational and financial reporting.
The platform plays a key role in the operations of the company, allowing central control and ensuring that the same quality of services is provided throughout Italy.
The introduction of a market-leading management system allows a better protection of all business activities and processes and provide a timely report for the interventions carried out.
Each account takes care of the preparation of the monthly Performance Report that integrates both the relevant operating parameters and the general picture of the events that have affected the plant.
Performance Ratio and Technical Availability are the reference parameters used in the contract (Construction and Maintenance) to define the levels of producibility attainable from the plant and guaranteed during its life cycle.
The report allows to systematically map the resolution status of each ticket managed and any corrective actions carried out, indicating the qualification of the technician and hours worked by type of technician.
The Performance Report takes a monthly picture of the stock of spare parts of each plant and provides indications for the restoration of the minimum set.
