With the aim of minimizing downtime and the consequent reduction in production due to faults in the various components, Energheia implements three different complementary or alternative solutions based on the type of component, the acceptable risk level and the peculiarity of each plant, trying to find the most appropriate solution also in economic terms:

Activation of direct contracts with individual producers, choosing the most suited type of contract to the specific case.
Recovery times and service costs are established by the manufacturer but Energheia works for:
Periodically request the supplier
Request refunds if the contractual conditions are not respected
Establish a collaborative relationship
Used exclusively for centralized inverters.
Temporary hire of equipment to replace the failed ones during the repair or procurement phase of the same.
Used mainly on systems with distributed and / or modular inverters.
Minimum stock of strategic spare parts, to be kept in good working order and updated with current regulations.
Recovery times: immediate (including shipping to the plant) Cost of service: on balance, based on the component and the market pricesUsed for components related to plant productivity and monitoring / CCTV and intrusion systems.
Specific spare parts kits for inverters are also purchased, with components specified by the individual manufacturers.
It is implemented both a management policy by order and not, and for each structure located in the territory is always guaranteed the minimum availability of material for the possible needs of the plants in charge.
